Staff was rude from the beginning, and not very helpful. Pool wasn’t really clean, jacuzzi wasn’t working, no towels. The gym had a bad smell to it. The CONSTANT wait to be able to get into our room because their sliding key pads didn’t work. Went to the front desk and even talked to a cleaning lady an issue wasn’t addressed. At one point we waiting almost 5 minutes outside our door trying to open it with no success, until key pad finally worked. Experience wasn’t good at all.

The dryer wasnt working and someone took out the sign and I didnt know about it. I spoke with Ms. Patel, and she took matters into her own hands and told me not to worry. She was able to dry my clothes and put the sign back on. Thank you so mixh Ms. Patel. I am very grateful

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful. They gave us extra towels when we asked (you would be surprised at how difficult this can be sometimes, some hotels are very stingy with extra towels).

We have stayed in many of the hotels in Tulare. This is by far the best that we've stayed in. The beds and pillows are wonderful! The rooms are large and clean. The work station in the room is large with plenty of outlets. The walk in shower is large and kept spotless. The breakfast was good and 24 hour fresh coffee is a huge plus! Every person in the staff was friendly and helpful. We will be staying here every time that we come back to Tulare.

Skip breakfast on second day. Dry and flavorless. Coffee and bagels are the only good options. This is a nice hotel for the price but it is understaffed unfortunately. Our sofabed had no sheets and found a piece of woodstick when unfolded. There were no bodywash at all so we had to skip shower on our one night stayed (I know I could call lobby and get it but we were almost at check out time. Little details due to understaffing.
