When we checked in the clerk (whom I couldn't understand said something about the carpet shampoo) I assumed he was telling me our room had been shampooed. When we went to our room.we noticed hose to shampoo all down the hall. Once in our room, we wanted to relax after driving all day. Turned on the TV snd couldn't get network channels! It was about 8 o'clock, I put my pajamas on and crawled into bed. We watched whatever we could get on tv. Then a knock on the door. My husband answered and the desk clerk & 2 other men came in to shampoos the carpet. I sat there with my mouth open like what is going on! We paid for a night and should not have had to deal with these issues. Definitely will not stay again and feel our money should be refunded.

Wifi is almost non existent, and cell phone reception is almost non existent. 2mbps speed max or less on both options, when it’s 300-400mbps cell signal speed alone, down the road in Neodesha

Smelled musky and moldy. Floor felt wet. Humid found several dead spiders and one alive. No water pressure. Could t get my hair cleaned. Hair in bathtub. Looked deserted when I arrived. Weeds growing up high around the building and no cars parked anywhere. I had to drive away the first time and check at the gas station next door if it was even open or if I got ripped off. Couldn’t get a refund so stayed. Wouldn’t let me do tax exempt form because the transaction was already complete but online said I wouldn’t be charged until after the stay. Other hotels are able to take the form when I arrive.

I was traveling with my parents. I can’t imagine I booked a room that had just one king bed. Although it showed, that’s what I did book I had to pay $30 more to get two double beds.
