Very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We slept great on nice bedding and quiet room.

First off, half of the problem was the app. I purchased a king bed room but after arriving, they gave me a different room because we had a little dog. The app just shows (so called pet friendly) hotels. After checking into the room, it had not been cleaned from the previous people from the night before. The sheets had hair in them and the bathroom was just picked up. No toilet paper. The worst part was, we were smelling something off. The microwave had food all over the inside, like something blew up. When we went to the front desk, the staff was very confrontational, so we just left and got a room at the express inn at Parsons Ks. Wonderful hotel. But very bad quality for quality in and bad job on hotels.com for not reimbursing our money!

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful we arrived early and he still was able to get us in the room right away without charging us extra which was really nice of him I must admit.

Rude lady at front desk. Barely spoke english

It was a nice enough stay but i keep having problems with this hotel claiming they dont get paid by hotels.com and trying to demand i pay when i get there. Then when i prove ive paid for it they dont even apologize. They are really rude and barely speak English

Comfortable stay for our 10 day trip.

The hotel is going through some updates to improve its amenities, the pool area is being renovated at the moment. Very busy hotel with a good size car park.
