Beautiful property and great location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Pictures were just as described - with a gorgeous room, sitting area, beautiful bathroom, and deck with tv and hot tub. My fiancé and I had the best sleep of our lives - dying to know what type of mattress you had in this room because we clearly need to upgrade!! Overall a wonderful stay at a great price. Highly, highly recommend.

This was a great place to escape to. A block away from main street and just around the corner form a great coffee shop. The room was very comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to unwind. A place worthy of a revisit.

Great, quaint property close to Main Street restaurants and shopping. Driveway was a little confusing at first, but there was plenty of parking on site. The room was really well done with a huge bathroom. The sitting area in the room and fireplace were a nice plus. The private hot tub and deck were the reason we chose this place and were exactly what we pictured. Will absolutely book here again!

Great little space. Quiet, private and perfect for our getaway. Spacious enough for the two of us. Really comfy bed. Huge bathroom-we could both get ready and not be in each other’s way. Shower head was amazing. Quick response to questions. Exactly as pictured. There is even a fan for those of us who sleep hot. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Comfortable and clean!

Property was conveniently located and comfortable. We really appreciated the coffee and filters. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The place was extremely clean and amenities were perfect for our needs. The rain shower was awesome and roomy to say the least. However, a bench to put our toiletries on and a grab bar would have made it perfect. We would definitely stay at this property again!

BEAUTIFUL ROOM

My husband and I stayed her for a night after our wedding day and we just think it was so beautiful. We love how we got our own hot tub and patio. Since it was just us, we didn’t need a whole house for our stay and it was perfect. It was so adorable and we were wanting to book another night.

Perfect spot!

My husband and I have stayed in Fredericksburg a few times, and I can say this is our favorite place so far! So cute, easy walk to Main Street, quiet, very private and charming. The bed was so comfortable, and the patio with hot tub was fantastic. We will most definitely stay again!

We had a great two night stay M-W. The unit was exactly as advertised. Bed was great, my husband wants me to find the same sheets lol. Bathroom was very spacious and we enjoyed the use of the private hot tub.
