Very well appointed and very clean. Great lake view and quiet neighborhood. We used it as a base from which we toured the Traverse City area. There are 2 great local restaurants on M22 with outstanding customer service.

The perfect location. Right on Crystal Lake that was beautiful and still swimmable in September. And also so close to Frankfort that it was easy to pop into town for ice cream. The house has everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, games galore, a stand up paddle board, and things we will have to come back to use, like a kayak and hot tub. Hope to return!

My husband, 2.5 year old, and I stayed for a week in August. This was a lovely cottage! It could probably comfortably fit 3 more people. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and my son loved taking a shower in the outdoor shower! Wi-Fi was great. The best part of course was the dock right outside. It was so easy for my husband to throw a fishing line out. He even caught a fish! We hope to come back one day!

Great location

Great location for heading to many of the activities that are in the area. My kids loved the lake and they especially enjoyed the lily pad! It was a fun week of Up North activities!

Steps away from Crystal Lake

Great house with wonderful kitchen. 3 nice bedrooms. Only concern is if it is hot, only one bedroom has A/C. 90 degree weather was a struggle!

Spectacular stay

The house was exactly as shown. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. Hot tub was added bonus. Check in was a breeze and communication with the property manager was instant. Highly recommend!

A very gorgeous place

My husband myself and our 2 friends just loved it there. All the connivence of home. Close to everything we wanted to do. And after running around all day, it was nice to come back have a small bonfire and enjoy the hot tub. We defiantly what to come back during the summer months to enjoy the lake and to see other places we didn't get to see the 4 days we were there.

Overall very nice

Was a bit surprised with the $20 extra charge for each additional guest after 2. Also the $500 deposit and the extra late charge for every 15 minutes that would have been charged if not checked out on time. While I get this, it seemed a little much. Place was clean n nice ghogh

Great Girls Getaway Lakeside

Beautiful little cottage. Was very recently updated inside and we loved the space. The dock was great to sit and read next to the crystal clear water. Frankfurt was just a short drive away and we enjoyed some great meals and shopping there. We loved this place and will be back. Our only suggestion is a few more window AC units it was very hot weather while we were visiting.

Great place on Crystal Lake

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was clean and beautiful! We didn’t get to use the lake because of weather but it looked crystal clear and beautiful at the end of the dock! Lots of room for the whole family. Loved the outdoor shower too! Great experience overall.

Crystal Mountain Vacation

The property was easy to find, the sleeping arrangements were great, and the hot tub was a real hit. We were close enough to Frankfort to pick up carryout and it was an easy drive to Crystal Mountain for skiing.

Modern & Cozy

For a lake front cottage, this place is open and feels like plenty of room. Even on a chilly or rainy day, we would be content inside with the fireplace and 2 large tables. One could be used for puzzles or games. The sitting area with the comfortable sectional set this cottage apart, as did the hot tub! Would certainly stay here again in the summer or fall!
