Great location!

Bay Port is in a great location near everything there is to do in Frankfort. Whether you are coming with your family or traveling solo, BPL will provide a great experience. The check-in by "texted door code" worked out very well, and I was able to go straight into my room upon arrival on the property. The property/grounds manager, was talkative and filled with great information. I very much enjoyed my conversations with him. Housekeeping does a great job, as my room was very well taken care of for my arrival. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the number of channels available through DirecTV. It worked out well to be able to watch so many games on a sports-filled weekend. Thank you, and I will definitely return.

This is such a cute motel! Our room was big and clean and clearly recently remodeled. It felt more like a bedroom in someone’s home than a motel room. Mandy was very helpful when we needed it. It’s an easy walk to downtown. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Very cute motel centrally located to enjoy Frankfort. It has been recently updated and the rooms (we stayed in 2 different ones) were VERY clean.

Besides Hotels screwing up my re reservation and booking me a 1 bed room when I had booked a 2 bed accommodation. Luckily where we were staying had an extra room that my friend could stay in. They are very cool and took care of us, which was greatly appreciated.

The room was cute, served its purpose. But with laminate floors, we tracked a lot of dirt in and around the room. A rug at the door would have been helpful. Also, there were some areas that could have used a little more cleaning attention (cobwebs near the base of the bed frame). Never saw any staff. There was a sign with a number to call, but it would have been nice to have a real human in the office during the day for quick questions.

Motel

Very clean, updated motel. I never saw a human except other guests. No ice machine. Small refrigerator and microwave both worked. No box of tissues. Basic for the price. Frankfort is a delightful town. This motel was near the edge of town.
