This hotel was amazing! Staff is super receptive and saw them provide exceptional service to everyone not just myself. We checked in super late and there was a problem with the room type that we ordered however, they provided a solution check-in that was acceptable. Every staff person that we came across during our stay was friendly helpful, and went above and beyond.

Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good.
