Great place for a family vacation!!!

We loved our stay and Rick was so easy to communicate with about our arrival!!!! The condo was spacious and has very comfortable beds!! Great location!!! The pools and lazy river were a big hit and the beach was so easy to access!!! We will definitely be returning!!!

Family vacation

Beautiful property with tons of space and lots of updates. The balcony was amazing! Our kids loved the pools. Lots of close restaurants in walking distance. We plan to return!

Great place with lots of room

Had plenty of room for our friends and family. Enjoyed the patio greatly. Even the kids loved it. Complex had several heated pools which we needed a few of the days. Three of our group enjoyed fishing on the dock in the bay pretty much daily. We enjoyed walking over to the board walk to hangout, shop, and eat dinner. Overall, very enjoyable.

Holiday getaway

Overall a nice place..There were some minor cleanliness issues. Pans and silverware dirty in the cabinet, at least 3 light bilbs out, dusty vents, some mold in the jacuzzi jets and deck doors wouldnt lock. Overall nice area, but unfortunately it was quite cool and wet.

Everything listed in the description is exactly how the condo is! Great view of the bay! Rick was super easy to talk to, best part is you dont have to deal with the front office One ac didn’t work, rick sent a man right out with a quick fix!

This condo has many positive attributes! The “heads and beds” situation is awesome. Each BR has a king bed with a rolling trundle underneath. The common areas are nice and big. Dining table seats 8 comfortably, couches are comfy with 4 reclining options, lanai furniture is GREAT with plenty of seating and places to eat (and enjoy the beautiful view!). Loved it and hope to return!

The condo itself was very nice, in a great spot. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were very cheap. We could not keep them on the beds. And the condo was not cleaned very well at all.The kitchen has all the essentials that you would need.Do not know if we would book this particular unit again, however we will come back to the property.

Excellent Stay

From the moment we booked Rick was EXTREMELY responsive to all questions we had and was very detailed in his answers. The unit itself was simply incredible. Very spacious, clean, the views from all balconies were incredible. Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of "downtown" Destin. This was our second time staying at this complex, first in this unit. We had age range from 6 years old to 76 and plenty to do for everyone. Thanks again!!

Nice property - needs a little TLC

Comfortable beds! 4th bedroom a plus! Spacious kitchen island. Ice maker is a plus. Nice outdoor/indoor furniture! Not cleaned well. Since there is a 4th bedroom, there is no pantry. Slight mildew around 2nd master shower fan. No hairdryers!! We have rented from this property for 6 years and every unit always had hairdryers!

Great location - gray floor plan

It’s not easy to find 4 bedrooms with king beds. This fit my wife and me along with a set of grandparents and our 2 kids. 2 master suites are perfect. The huge balcony was fantastic to enjoy a morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with hardwares. Maybe the only thing we missed that we tend to find at other resort type rentals was beach towels. There are plenty of places to walk to over the walking bridge, restaurants, beaches, shopping etc. Plus there is plenty more within a 10 minute drive. Destin is less that 15 minutes East. We also ventured to Seaside around 45 minutes East. We found Mooney pickleball courts to be an easy 15 minutes north and had a pretty good community of players. So yeah. No complaints really.

We had a very nice stay. Close to everything and amazing view. Loved having access to the back porch. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space.

Great accommodations

The unit was everything it stated on line . Cleanliness and plenty of room. The pools were spacious and some heated. The walk over to the ocean was not too difficult . The view from the back porch was beautiful overlooking the gulf. The front bedrooms not the best view. Next to condo was Ricks . Good food for a quick meal and sports bar. Could be a little noisy when they have entertainment or yiu can sit on the porch and enjoy it

Fantastic Condo plenty of room

We loved this condo! Beds where comfortable and the declining sofa was def a bonus! Condo was quite and spacious we spent a lot of time on the balcony where we saw dolphins and lots of fish! The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Condo comes with a couple of umbrellas and plenty of beach chairs. The restaurants within walking distance was average. Recommend having a car at this locations to give you more choices for dinner.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed the view from our large balcony. Rick was very easy to correspond with and readily available if I had questions. A lot of time was spent at the lazy river and pool areas due to the seaweed that was washing in at the beach. There is always something to do at Destin West.
