The Space:

This 2000 square foot loft apartment is nestled in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach. The second-floor balcony overlooks the Landing, a beautiful waterfront park, with an intracoastal waterway view. You are located within 100 meters of most of the bars, restaurants, entertainment downtown, and less than 2 miles from the beautiful beaches. The loft is adjacent to 2 large parking lots that are free 24-hour parking. The loft is perfect for families or just a getaway for you and a few friends. It has 1 queen primary bedroom, 1 king bedroom, 2 full baths, plus an open bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Within walking distance is multiple restaurants, retail shops, and more!

Spacious Downtown Condo

My family of 5 enjoyed this spacious conveniently located condo. We were able to walk to downtown dining venues for most of our meals. The condo had 3 bedrooms, open concept dining and living space. Televisions were in the living area and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We also were provided with discount codes for excursions and activities through the Beach Weekend. This is our 2nd time staying at this loft.

I want to move in !!

Property was exactly as described. The furnishings were in great shape and the facility was clean. Even though we were just two people there is very much open space and plenty of room for a larger party not to feel confined. Location is convenient to downtown and parking was plentiful. We were concerned that it was 90+ degrees outside but the air conditioning did great cooling the space. As per the description and previous reviews...if you are uncomfortable with stairs you may want to reconsider this property. One stairwell well lighted and safe handrails with plenty of space on the doorway landing. We will be staying there again !!!

This loft is in a great location in the heart of Ft Walton Beach. Walking distance to many stores, bars and restaurants. A very short ride to the beautiful beachs on Okaloosa Island. Wasn’t an issue for us, but keep in mind this is on the 2nd floor.

This second floor loft is very spacious. The beds proved to be quite comfortable. Access requires climbing up more than twenty steps, so this may not be suitable for less mobile folks. The views from front and back outdoor decks are worth the climb.

Big space, comfortable couch. Nice big kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Loved the location across from the park/ playground. There is a farmers market there every 2 weeks and coffee shops, restos, bars, everything right downtown within 5 or 10 min walk. Quick responses from the host.

Our family had a blast, location is great. Beautiful spacious place. Kids went fishing on the docks daily and Destin is a 10min drive. Floors need a good mopping but that was my only bad thing to say. The owner is very responsive and helpful. 10 stars.
