Beach Stay

We really enjoyed this location/stay. We spent most of our time on the island. Just wanted to hang out at the beach. No crowds at all and the accommodations fit our needs perfectly.

Great location and amenities

Amazing location right on the beach with a great pool and fire pit. The beach chairs and umbrella made going to the beach easy. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone. well stocked. Great communication from the owner who went above and beyond when we had an issue come up. Definitely would stay here again.

Great family location!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 young kids (5 and 7), and our parents. It was perfect for 3 sets of adults and 2 kids. The floor plan was great, location was quiet and condo was clean. We would absolutely stay here again! We had a great family vacation. Big thank you to Caleb for being so accommodating and communicating with us often.

Beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom condo

One of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed at over the years. Very spacious and clean! Great kitchen! 2 beautiful pools and a hot tub and direct access to the beach. The property manager is extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back sooner than later!

Fantastic place! Fantastic host!

The Blu condo complex has it all! The facility is well kept, with much attention to detail! Our room was excellent. Lots of room for our extended family to live for a week. We enjoyed spending time at the beach, as well as, the pools and hot tub. Even Megan, the umbrella attendant, was super! Our host, Caleb, was especially accommodating which made the stay more than special.

Great place to stay!

Blu 100 was a great place! 5 adults an two kids stayed very comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for all of us to gather for “buffet” meals. We loved having a large dining table for meals and games! It was an easy walk to the gorgeous pools and beautiful beach!! Our host was gracious and helpful. The one negative was poor water pressure in the bathroom showers and sinks.We would stay there again!!

Amazing and Relaxing

Our family of 5 enjoyed this place so much. Even being there in January, and being able to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and still walk straight out onto the beach was a perfect getaway. The rooms were spacious with plenty of room for our 3 teenagers. Everything was clean and all the amenities needed to prepare meals while there. Yes, we like to cook fresh fish while visiting FL. The host was great and answered all questions we had immediately. Can't wait to visit again.

Blu 100

Loved this condo. Huge well stocked kitchen and large well furnished bedrooms. The condo had a great floor plan as well. The first floor location is really nice for access and being off to the side isolated your balcony from the pool which we liked. Caleb was a fantastic host and was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We def plan to stay here again.

Perfect for a girls trip!

With 4 bedrooms we each had plenty of space. This is a clean, comfortable, well stocked condo that is steps from the beach and pool. Set back a bit on the side of the building you can still get a glimpse of the gulf and not have all the people walking in front of you which can happen on the first floor. Caleb was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely book again.

This is a great property with an amazingly responsive host. We did find the cleanliness of the property less than adequate - dirty dishes with food on them in cupboards, ripped bedspread in primary suite, filthy chair covers that we felt we needed to wash in order to use them. We also experienced some maintenance issues, but the host was quick to address them. Overall, we would stay here again if we had assurances that housekeeping issues were resolved.

Absolutely Amazing Accommodations!

Our family event "Honoring & Remembering" our Mother by unveiling her headstone, was a very special moment for our family. The accommodations at the Destin Premier "Blu" property was so very relaxing, peaceful, enjoyable, clean and quiet. There was plenty of space for everyone and we were all able to eat at the large dinning room table and shared loving memories about our Mom. Quite location

Great condo if you are looking to be tucked away. Which actually worked great for our group - we liked the privacy. Spacious, clean condo, had everything we needed. One of the beds needs an upgrade, but other than that everyone has happy with the rooms. The bunkbeds were perfect for the kids, small room with tv. Perfect for them! We loved being on the first level - no need for the elevator or stairs to get to pool or beach. The storage cage had plenty of beach items we could use. The beach area was so nice - not too long of a deck or sand area to walk to be at the water. Liked they had gate codes to keep little ones from escaping. Chairs and umbrella already set up a beach. Easy communication with owner. He reached out on our check in day to let us in early! Would book again.

Beautiful and large condo for families

We enjoyed our stay so much! Blu condo is beautiful the hallway to the beach/pool smells AMAZING! Our room was so spacious we had 9 people and all had our own space! Only thing I recommended was the last bathroom needed a glass door because the shower curtain attacks you when you take a shower lol. I did think that our room was walk out to the pool being the 1st floor but it wasn’t. I wish they had built a walkway across for that side but it was not a huge deal. Caleb was so hopeful and easy to contact if needed. They have so much for you to use in the owners closet in the parking garage even a beach wagon! We will definitely be back!
