The location of my room near the elevator and above the bar exterior patio meant I got very little sleep. The food was terrible also. I had dry fish and over cooked vegetables. I would not recommend this hotel

Paid for the Lake View which was not worth it. There is many buildings around the small body of water that were less than attractive. Staff very nice except for the one house keeper that said no when I asked for clean towels. Definitely a language barrier.

When in ft myers this is my go too hotel. It’s quiet and in a great location very clean! Front desk staff are very attentive! Love their little snack shop although didn’t use it it seemed to have a great variety of things . Hot tub was clean and hotel provides nice towels for use of the pool and hot tub. Live the fire places too! Keep up the great work we will be back. Probably my 3 rd or 4 th time staying . It’s worth every penny!

Fort myers

There was a horrible smell in our room. It made all of our clothes smell when we returned. It smelled like a perfume type smell that was used to cover up another smell. Housekeeping came every day. The front desk was friendly. But the smell was enough to make me not return.
