Summer Getaway

This house was perfect for our stay and in a great location. Super close to everything, with a very close drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again next time we vacation over in the Deerfield beach area.

Enjoyed stay in Deerfield

Charlie is a great host. Loved the pool, spa, exceptionally well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, TV in every room. Location close to the beach, stores, restaurants.

Great place

Our stay here was really great. The three bedrooms with three bathrooms was nice to have. The pool/spa are was very nice and perfect for relaxing. The house was stocked with all the things you would need. Highly recommend renting this place.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed using the grill for a few meals and relaxing by the pool — both made the trip feel like a true getaway. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. A relaxing stay

We each had our own bathroom, the home was ready and comfortable. We were able to catch a few rays and soak in the pool before the wedding that we were in town for.

We had a very nice stay at the house. The pool was nice and warm and they had all the things you need for a weeklong stay. The house/outdoor space could use a little TLC. Hole in the fencing, someof the outdoor furniture cushions we had to cover with towels to feel comfortable using (they did have some new seats by the pool!). Easy drive to a beautiful beach.

Perfect stay in Deerfield Beach!

Sunshine Villa is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beaches and restaurants. We loved the well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and especially the pool and spa. The pool was the cleanest we’ve ever seen. We would highly recommend this home!

Relaxation

The property was very well kept and had everything we needed right down to beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day trip to the beach. The time by the pool was the best and we had easy access to the beach, shopping and sight seeing. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.
