Our hosts were very professional, the communication prior and durning our stay was timely and accurate. Upon our arrival we were impressed by the cleanliness, kitchen spotless (lots of lights), 3 bathrooms & 3 bedrooms were very clean and well decorated. As soon as you enter the house your view is of the pool ! The pool was inviting and the heated jacuzzi was an added bonus (lots of pool towels). We were 5 adults … loved having 3 bathrooms. Great neighborhood… Publix was within walking distance. The place is well maintained (pool boy was there to clean pool and do pool maintenance). Loved having a washer / dryer and diswasher. Yes we enjoyed ourselves… and yes … we would go back !

We had a very nice stay at the house. The pool was nice and warm and they had all the things you need for a weeklong stay. The house/outdoor space could use a little TLC. Hole in the fencing, someof the outdoor furniture cushions we had to cover with towels to feel comfortable using (they did have some new seats by the pool!). Easy drive to a beautiful beach.

The house was very clean, the pictures are true and it was perfect for us. Everything you need is provided by the host. The beds were comfortable and there were cots along with an air mattress also on site. The host was attentive, all instructions were provided ahead of time and were easy to follow. There are stores close by to get whatever you may need for your stay. Beach is close. The house is in a residential area.

Fantastic

Very clean, very welcoming and pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and quiet the neighborhood was and proximity to everything we needed. They didn’t have coffee or black pepper, but that’s not a big deal. We were able to go to Publix and grab those things the amenities in the bathroom were great. Fantastic we wished it was a little bit warmer and that it was a little more filled with water but overall the experience was extremely great and we would definitely come back.

Perfect stay in Deerfield Beach!

Sunshine Villa is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beaches and restaurants. We loved the well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and especially the pool and spa. The pool was the cleanest we’ve ever seen. We would highly recommend this home!

Our stay here was really great. The three bedrooms with three bathrooms was nice to have. The pool/spa are was very nice and perfect for relaxing. The house was stocked with all the things you would need. Highly recommend renting this place.
