This condo worked well but needs better communication with the owner and property management company. Email's exchanged with the rental management company (which is separate from the on-site property management) told me certain requests would be made. I had confirmed shortly before arrival and still the arraignments were not made. Since the on-site property management does not manage the unit they could not help me. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, as is feels like a 30 year old worn out mattress. It also would've been nice if the owner had any type of welcome packet, tips, information about the unit, property, amenities or local area. For the price, I'm very surprised this wasn't available. Again, when asking the on-site property management, they kept referring me to the rental company, which is very frustrating.
