Great VRBO with an incredible view

We stayed at the VRBO for a short weekend. The house was gorgeous and comfortable inside and had an incredible view. We watched the sunrise over the reservoir both mornings from the hot tub. We also hosted some friends for a dinner, and the space leant itself well to hosting and cooking. The check-in process and communication were top notch. I would absolutely stay here again.

Horsetooth

Beautiful lake. House was very clean and they leave you a little gift package. The second floor, which is the main 'floor has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living, laundry, and a bathroom. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the seating area around it. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It was very clean and the bed was great! Unfortunately it did not have anywhere to hang your clothes or even a dresser to put your phone down on. You have 2 small suitcase racks and 2 small bedside tables. The sink in the bathroom had a very slow clog, which the owers now know about so I am sure they will have it fixed. It is evident that they take care of the place. I think it it is a great place to rent, but it needs a dresser or desk and chair to sit on in the master bedroom. A place to hang your clothes or even unpack the is greatly needed too. Both are easy fixes. All in all, so glad we rented.

Amazing location

This is our second time staying at this property with our family of 5. It's a quick drive from Fort Collins, but you feel like you are truly in Colorado wilderness. The property is incredibly clean, the views from the deck are incredible, and you can hike right out the door. I'm sure we will be back again!

Wonderful vacation

This house was an amazing vacation for our family. We had an amazing time cooking in the big kitchen. The hot tub was wonderful during the cold weather. The master bedroom downstairs gave us just the perfect amount of privacy. The communication was great. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. From the views to the comforts.

Horsetooth Reservoir/ Fort Collins

This was a great property, with amazing views that we enjoyed every day and night. Relaxing in the hot tub and gazing at the stars and the city lights in the distance. Great location- 30 minutes to Fort Collins for restaurants and shopping. Great spot for hikes. Would like to come back in the summer to enjoy the water sports.

Excellent home!

We had a great time staying here! The house was even better than expected. We appreciated being able to cook some meals at the house, including grilling out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was extremely clean, and you can’t get much better than the view from the deck and hot tub! It was easy to navigate around the neighborhood, and a quick trip to town. We will be back. Thank you for a great weekend!

Modern House with View of Horsetooth Reservoir

The house was gorgeous - a modern open-concept house with huge windows on the east side. The view is of Horsetooth Reservoir, with the deck and property situated to see the sunrise over the water. Behind the house was Horsetooth Mountain, which (I didn't know) is a symbol of Ft. Collins and is on their flag. The property itself is relatively large compared to many of the surrounding houses, so you have an area in front of the deck with a table and hammock if you want to hang out outside. The drive up to the house is a little rugged, including the driveway, and we used the hill assist on our SUV to back down the driveway without slipping on the gravel. You do have neighbors, on either side, but they seemed respectful. The neighbors are not just human! One day, we had a buck mule deer settle down for a nap next to our vehicle and under the shade of the deck. I sent a photo of that to the property manager, who was amused. While we were at the house, we used the stove, oven, and grill to make food (all worked great) and we spent a few evenings in the hot tub (very clean and nice). Overall a great experience that I would recommend!

Just what we wanted!

We were traveling for a softball tournament, but wanted a unique experience…and we got it! The house was gorgeous, with a fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed to be comfortable. We woke up to beautiful views while we drank coffee in the mornings and spotted many deer, rabbits and other creatures during our stay. We got to see several storms come in across the mountains and that was awesome as well. Being on the reservoir was great…a minute from walking trails and a few minutes from paddleboarding and water fun!
