We definitely enjoyed the quietness of this hotel but we expected better breakfast options - not just mostly prefab products. Something fresh made (besides the biscuits) would have been nice. The coffee was one of the best we've had at a hotel breakfast.

Just about the worst two nights of sleep I have had at a hotel. The air conditioner/ heater does not have a fan only mode, when the heat or air comes on the fan starts up and it rattles some loud it woke me up multiple times a night. Staff said they could not do anything about it. Then every hr or so, the dishwasher beeps for some silly reason. Will never stay there again.

Front desk was great. Arrived late and he was great! Was dissatisfied-pinged in breakfast and that there was no carts available to move our holiday luggage. There was one at 1 am when we checked in, but in the morning another guest had it in their room. And was not polite about sharing.

The room was very nice, very clean, but the front desk staff was what made my stay outstanding. I believe it was Amber that I spoke with on the night of 12/2 and she was excellent in helping me with an issue I was having. Then Lamar at the front desk also helped me with several things, both had a positive attitude that I very much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel, very comfortable and great people that are super helpful!
