Great location for a family. We brought our 2 small dogs and it was comfortable for them too with fun walks in the harbor. The Host was great, replied quickly and accommodating. Everything you need for a cozy quiet stay in the harbor. Great ambiance lighting outside at night. We enjoyed our experience.

This is quirky little property made especially welcoming by many little touches provided by the host. Nice location with a pier overlooking the harbor. Nice dose of local living.

Already planning my next stay

What an amazing place in such a fantastic location. The house and property managers were great. There is so much to do right in the surrounding area. We will be back very soon and will stay longer. Amazing stay!

Can’t say enough about the management team. Anything you need they have a solution. The property and location are great. The individual units are way bigger than expected. Plenty of room for three people and pets. This is our third stay in Noyo Harbor, first time at the hotel and the last two times at the small houses. The price is a little more for the house but for what you get it’s way worth it. Will be back many more times!

Very clean and comfortable Location was greatParking a little tight but no problem Upstairs bedroom that sleeps four not really suitable for older people. You need to be in good physical shape to move around but perfect for the younger set

Family Getaway

Great place right in the Harbor! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Only complaint I have was the parking with the other cabins. There needs to be specific spots listed for all the guests so you do get blocked in by others.

Decent property

The location is ideal! We liked that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. My only complaints are that there isn’t enough seating in the living space and no extra blankets. Other than that, was perfect.

Perfect Getaway

Loved our stay at woodchuck Flat! Location was perfect for walkable restaurant choices and the dock was fun to sit and watch the seals and otters play in the river. The tiny house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. Our dog had the best time and was quite comfortable. We hope to return soon!!

Great Stay in Noyo Harbor!

Woodchuck Flat is a unique and wonderful little house in the heart of Noyo Harbor. Easy to get to just about anywhere. We dined out, visited Pacific Star winery, the Botanical Gardens, walked the sand, smelled the ocean, listened to its waves, watched the sea lions and gulls. Just as timeless as always. Can't wait to come back again.

Cute tiny home in a great location

This was our yearly mother daughter trip for me & my bestie. This tiny home is located by the Fort Bragg harbor. It was clean, spacious and an overall great little rental. My Mom is in a wheelchair so the downstairs room & bathroom were perfect for her. They have a wheelchair lift out front, which was much appreciated. The rest of us stayed upstairs in the loft bedroom. Loved the quick access to the harbor & restaurants. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Good location for access to beach and fort bragg

Was very nice. Could have used a few hooks in unit to hang clothes on and wet towels. Instructions on how to operate TV and microwave would have been useful for us older folks..
