A+ Location A+ House

Amazing place, loved the short walk to everything in town & beach access walkway. Spacious, and great pool to cool off in. Highly recommend!!

Location, location, location!

This place was great-walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. The place was immaculate-our other friends who stayed at another rental were jealous. The only disappointment was the size of the pool. The photos make it look bigger.

Location outweighs loud bar next door

Very convenient location a block off Center St and a quick walk to the beach for our family of 10 (all ages 1.5-70). However, the bar next door had loud music or live bands almost every night. Luckily, we brought our sound machines and could drown it out some. Stocked well for the most part. The home has a few bumps and bruises, which is typical for a rental during busy season so we didn’t think much of it. The pool is small but very nice on the hot days you don’t feel like packing up to go to the beach! All in all, a nice stay! Folly is a charming little town.

We have always used Dunes for our vacation.

The property had enough room for our family of 8. The management were receptive and quickly resolved any problems. The AC went out on the first floor and the internet went out. Both were resolved quickly. The only dissappointment was the cleanliness. The floors inside and on the deck were filthy. If you walked bare footed, your feet were brown. The screen back porch had not been cleaned in a long time. The patio furniture was dirty and one bench was broken. The seat cushions were stained. So in a nutshell, the only problem was lack of a good cleaning.

Beautiful property, central location

The condo was beautiful and easy to get to. Well-appointed and clean. Close to the beach and close to the central shops. The pinnacle, however, was the private heated pool. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette trip

What a beautiful property! We had such a great time! There was 9 of us girls and we had plenty of room. Folly beach is so cute and several shops within walking distance. And some cute coffee shops within walking distance as well! Public beach access was within walking distance. Perfect location! Just a short ride to downtown Charleston! Would definitely recommend or stay again!

We are family!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The property had all that we needed as far as kitchen items. The open concept was well laid out, clean and comfortable. Although the pool didn't heat up as well as we would like, we would in a heart beat come back to this location again. You knocked this out of the park. There were supposed to be 8 of us there however 1 of my cousins came down with a cold and didn't come. Two generations of cousins/nieces enjoyed the space. Thank you for your flexibility with an early check in, that made things perfect for us. I will definitely use VRBO in the future and you in particular when returning to the area!

Great property in a great location

We had a group of 4 couples stay here for a long weekend. The location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to Folly Beach and the restaurants along Center Street. There's a 24-hour store called Bert's Market that is close and great for restocking food and drinks. The property is new and was really nice. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that I think you would expect with a recent construction, but overall we were really happy. The listing states that it can sleep 10. There are 4 bedrooms and one of them has bunk beds to sleep 4, so keep that in mind if you have a larger group.
