Just the best stay! Ocean views from the huge deck, inside was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great and owners made it super easy on us. Would 100% stay again.

A beautiful house on the beach. Great location. Ample parking. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay on Folly Beach! The cottage is very clean & cozy, nicely decorated, plenty of parking, a huge deck on the back overlooking the beach, and directly on the beach! Communications with the host were superb, we received almost immediate responses from Sandra. We had an excellent stay…10 out of 10

This is a beautiful beach home! The view and accessibility of the ocean is great! The house was clean and Sandra was great to answer any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I had the absolute best time at this property! It is amazing -- great everything. Goes without saying that the location and beachfront are AMAZING. And the house is great -- great, comfy beds and sheets, lots of towels, all amenities provided, etc. We only had one car, but driveway could fit many. Outside showers are great; all is great. We WILL be back!

This property was even better than we expected. The house was spotless, the beds and linens were all so comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The back deck overlooking the ocean was huge with ample, very comfortable furnishings. Someone did an incredible job decorating this house, the second you walked in it was an upbeat feel that made you smile and relax. We can’t wait to revisit this house next year!!

Loved the house! Great location right on the beach. Not too far from the main strip, 1 mile walk which was nice. Sandra was also great communicating the whole time. Very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Perfect home right on the beach. Wonderfully stocked kitchen and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!

Another wonderful beach trip!

This is our second time staying at this property, and it was just as good as the first. The property includes everything you need and is very well maintained. We hope to stay again!
