We’re local to the area and have put much love into restoring our home from an 1800s schoolhouse to the 8 bedroom, 7.5 bath resort-like property it is today. We’re available 24/7 and prep the house with care between every stay.

-Fly Creek Cider Mill was voted #1 Cider Mill in the country (2 minutes away): Outdoor dining, live music, duck feeding on the pond, gourmet market, cider tastings.

Great home for CDP parents

We had a great time at this property, accompanying our kids who playing at CDP. There was plenty of room for 8 parents as well as kids. The house and pool was a big hit with our players as well, especially on rainy days.

Exceeded all of our needs

This property was amazing. We had 8 families stay here while our ball players attended CDP. There was lots to do to keep the siblings entertained. We had plenty of space and all of the bathrooms made sharing the house with such a big group really comfortable. The house has a cool history and layout. Everything we needed was there, even some things we didn’t even know we needed! I can’t recommend this place enough.

**"Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway for Families"**

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving break at this rental home with six families, including kids ranging from middle schoolers to toddlers. The house was spacious, with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. We particularly enjoyed cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen and spending quality time in the cozy common areas. To top it off, we experienced the first snowfall of the season (about 6-8 inches), which made our stay even more magical. Upon arrival, the driveway was slippery due to the snow, but Mathew and Jim were incredibly prompt and efficient in getting it cleared, ensuring our safety and convenience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend this home to others!

The space was perfect for 13 family members, ages 8 to 80. We were there over Thanksgiving, having gathered from Vermont, Pennsylvania, Nebraska. and various NY towns including Manhattan. We had space for everyone at the dining table for meals, space for jigsaw puzzles, watching football, space for watching movies and the NY dog show! There was a game room downstairs, a ping pong table outside (which got snowed on...). Clearly the house has a lot more to offer when the weather is warm and sunny but we loved the cozy feel in November. The owners were easy to contact and always helpful. VRBO requires we rate the pool despite the fact that the pool was empty and covered for the winter. We gave it five stars simply to be consistent with the rest of our review.

The house was perfect! And the owners are awesome. Two thumbs up.

First off, the house was impeccably clean, like better than most hotels kind of clean so that was a really nice start to our week. The owners put a lot of attention in the details when the furnished the home, down to little things, like laundry baskets in the closets and higher end linens and towels. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities in the yard are the icing on the cake. Our sons played at the All-Star Village and while it was a little bit of a drive, it was a very easy and enjoyable one with beautiful scenery. It is very close to downtown Cooperstown with is also a plus for the avid baseball lover. We would highly recommend this home as a rental and we are definitely planning to stay there again in the future.

Overall, my friends and I had an awesome weekend. There were 18 of us and we used all 8 bedrooms. The backyard is awesome with tons of space including the deck, large grass area with fire pit, and a separate deck with a pool. Jim and Matthew were so welcoming and helpful with the whole process. The house had two fridges so we had a lot of space for any food we brought. We were able to go downtown and were provided with tons of awesome recommendations. I would definitely recommend this house for any gatherings with friends and family! :)

Excellent Choice for Baseball Families

Our team families couldn’t have chosen a better place to rent for our Cooperstown week! Located about 15 minutes from Dreams Park and about 10 minutes from downtown. The house was clean, welcoming, situated in a lovely location with plenty of restaurants and attractions in the area. Everyone enjoyed the pool and fire pits. The little kids loved feeding carrots to the horse next door. The kitchen is spacious and everyone’s groceries found a space. Matt was there to greet us and show us around at arrival. He was also extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. 10/10, will definitely book again when my younger son has his Cooperstown experience… maybe even sooner!

Wonderful Find for our Team Families!

Matt was an amazing host from the time we booked, until the end our stay. He ensured everything was taken care of and was so helpful with amazing recommendations near by. Great Reunion Weekend

Our four families had a great long weekend. The house had everything we needed. We almost never left. Would definitely stay there again. The Owner (Matt) was great with prompt responses to all of our questions.

Very Good Overall

The house provided more than enough space for all of us.. The outdoor space was also very nice. We'd like to go back again sometime.

Amazing multi family house

This home has everything for several families to stay together and not be in each others space. With 3 separate common areas inside and 3 outside you can choose to hang out together or have space to yourselves. Inside the layout makes it so easy for several families to all have their space as well. We loved hanging out on the patio or by the firepit enjoying the nature around there is even a pond just behind the house where the boys had a fabulous time fishing which was a bonus. Plenty of parking and space everywhere and so close to Dreams Park and the village of Cooperstown all withing 15 min drive. Matthew was always available for questions and so helpful making it the perfect week for all of our families!
