Beautiful property, great location.

House is very spacious with beautiful views. Meticulously clean and organized. Convenient location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. Homeowner close by and easy to communicate with. House had everything we needed for a week of baseball and fun!

Great little house in a beautiful location next to a dairy farm. 10 minutes to Cooperstown and Dreams Park. Has everything you need. Owner communicated great. Easy check in and out. Really enjoyed our stay.

A Great Stay at Day

The Day House was clean and comfortable, and in a convenient but quiet country location. Communication with the owner was good; he responded quickly to my texts and dropped by early in the week to welcome us and assure us he was available to help if we needed anything (we didn’t). I’ll definitely look to stay here if I’m in the area in the future!
