The unit we stayed in was completely different from the one advertised. I provided Expedia.com with images showing the discrepancies and highlighting the poor condition of the room, which was dirty and unkempt. Additionally, the managers installed a switch to turn off the fridge and cooktop without informing us, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. It took them two days to address the issue with the switch, and after three days of the dust and dirt problem remaining unresolved, we decided to leave the unit early.
This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve had in over 10 years of booking hotels through Expedia.com. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality control and choice of partners.
