The apartment is spread on a single level along a hallway. Upon entering, on the left, you’ll find the first double bedroom, featuring a spacious wardrobe and a view over the rooftops of Florence.

Continuing on the same side, there is the second double bedroom, decorated in olive green tones, that offers plenty of storage space for personal belongings. Further down, you reach the dining area, which is made of a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant 6 table seats. From the kitchen, you can access a charming balcony overlooking the city’s rooftops, with a glimpse of the Duomo’s dome and Palazzo Vecchio.

Located on the third floor (no elevator)

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Great location in Florence. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go. Very roomy and nicely remodeled space. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Nice outdoor spot for morning espresso.

The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable. The hardest part was going up the 3 flights of stairs, but we were fine with it. The location was perfect and central to all the places we wanted to go, including the grocery store and bus stop. The Duomo and Uffizi Gallery are almost around the corner, just 5 minutes walk away. The AC and access to a washing machine was wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
