A 500 m de la Opera di Firenze, a 700 m de la Fortezza Da Basso y a 750 m del Palazzo Dei Congressi. Elegante apartamento totalmente amueblado en estilo neoclásico, será el punto de partida perfecto para visitar Florencia y ofrecerle una experiencia inolvidable.
Se puede llegar al área en automóvil, ya que no se encuentra en un área de tráfico limitada (ZTL). Hay varias tiendas, bares y restaurantes cerca.
Ubicado en el primer piso de un edificio con elegante entrada, el apartamento consta de una gran sala de estar, cocina independiente, baño con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje, un amplio dormitorio con un balcón habitable con una vista agradable.
El apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado y amueblado con finos acabados, pisos de parquet y mármol, los techos están realzados con cornisas y rosetas y en la sala de estar el típico techo de madera artesonado florentino. Great communication with host. Directions to the apartment were good. Host met us at the unit to provide keys and give us an orientation. The unit itself was very nice. I was clean and provided everything we needed. The location is in easy walking distance from the Florence train station, even with large bags. The central part of Florence with the sights, museums, and churches were about 15-20 minute walk.

The host was responsive to our questions and allowed us to check in early. The host was also understanding that we unfortunately did not have the city tax initially and allowed us to leave it at the time of check out. We were very appreciative of both of these kindnesses. The property location was perfect for our trip as we took 3 day trips utilizing the nearby train station. The apartment was beautiful and looked as depicted from the listing with gorgeous ceilings and woodwork. Disposable personal slippers were provided as well as a welcome basket of coffee, teas, water bottles and cookies. Another perk of the property was the washer/dryer. The only suggestion for improvement would be to consider provide thinner bedroom pillows as an option. Thank you so very much for everything. We loved our vacation.

Florence vacation

Our stay was day 10 through 16 of our three week Italian holiday. We loved having the space to spread out and make ourselves at home. Two high points of the unit were the amazing terrace in the back and the full kitchen. Having the laundry machine was a big plus as well.

Beautiful property

A 5 minute walk with luggage from the train station but you don't hear the trains. 15 minute walk from the chaos of the key central sites. A beautiful and spacious, gated property. Hosts were always responsive and allowed us to stay later than checkout time to match our train schedule. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Apartment in great location

Overall fantastic stay, from booking to check out everything was 5 stars. Location was an easy walk from the train station even with large suitcases. Neighborhood felt very safe and was an easy walk to all of the sites. There is a nice hotel next door that had excellent coffee so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds of an apartment and hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
