Our home is located on a sunny hillside in a serene corner of a new development. It is set adjacent to 500 acres of Ponderosa Pine forest, which will be your view from the windows.

Built in 2024, the home has modern smart home features to make your stay comfortable including central AC, the Ecobee intelligent thermostat, electric vehicle charging, Roku TV and new appliances throughout.

You will enjoy privacy and full access to this single-family detached home with an overall area of 1100 sq.ft split across two levels of living space. The space is perfect for up to six guests as it has the following layout. The first floor has an open plan design with a spacious kitchen that provides all of the must-have appliances: dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and large french-door refrigerator. Natural light pours in from the patio doors leading to a fenced-in patio. The living room may be used for entertainment with access to your favorite streaming TV providers through the Roku TV services; and, it also serves as one of the sleeping spaces with a queen sleeping sofa. And, set the mood by turning on the electric fireplace for additional heat and warm lighting.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs with separate bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony to sip a morning coffee or take in the summer evenings. A good-night sleep awaits in the form of a cal-king bed. And, a full-sized crib is available in the room if you’re traveling with a little one. The guest bedroom is similarly equipped with a king bed.

Great little place

The pictures are a true representation of the condo. This met our needs just fine for our length of stay. Ivan was very responsive. Furniture is a little sparse. Perhaps a coffee table would have been a nice feature to the living room for additional work space, or some patio furniture in both the upstairs and downstairs patios. A chair or something upstairs in the master bedroom would be nice for alternative sitting area. But overall a great little place.

Fantastic Stay in Flagstaff! We had an amazing experience staying at this home in Flagstaff! Ivan was a fantastic host—responsive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years, and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The house itself was spotless, felt almost brand new, and was in a fantastic location—close to everything yet in a quiet and comfortable setting. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home. If you’re looking for a top-notch rental in Flagstaff, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect Holiday Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in Flagstaff! Our stay at Evergreen Escape was perfect! The house was like new, clean, and comfortable for our family of 6. We were close to everything we needed. We enjoyed skiing at Snowbowl which was only about 20 minutes away. We accidentally left some of our items behind. The host was gracious enough to send them back to us. I would highly recommend a stay at Evergreen Escape.

Very nice stay, new construction

The property is new and clean. The beds were comfortable and large enough to fit the tall people in my family. We used the washing machine and dryer and everything was well appointed and worked well. We were within driving distance of where we wanted to be in Flagstaff. We had a wonderful time. The owner was responsive to questions. My family and I had a great visit.
