This is a very comfortable, clean home that had all the conveniences that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown. Phil was easy to work with when we had a couple changes to our plans prior to arrival. We'll definitely check availability for future trips to Flagstaff.Gary Y.

Thank you Phil for being the ultimate host! The place had everything we needed and was super cute and clean! SO well located close to many trails, and we loved the large windows and the gorgeous trees outside! Phil had recommended a dog friendly place to eat within walking distance called Oakmont that we enjoyed - we ate on the patio, around a fire pit, overlooking the golf course.

Had a wonderful time! Beautiful home and location! We enjoyed sitting on deck, even had 2 family of deer pass by. Easy drive to downtown. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. Had everything wr needed. Communication with Phil was superb.

Super cute spot! Loved the patio and the nice outside furniture. Felt like you were in a tree house. Was very clean and beds were comfy. Great location to the golf course and Oakmont restaurant. Loved it.

This was the best experience I’ve had. From using the app, communication with the owner, it’s location, the check in process, the condition of the property, and its amenities were all above expectations. I have nothing negative or ‘warnings’. You won’t regret it.

A very pleasant home away from home

What a cute place to spend a wonderful weekend with family. This sweet home has everything we needed and more - easy to find, quiet, felt very safe, and the deer family that sweetly had dinner right out of the porch! Phil is an excellent host - very responsive and accommodated our late checkout request with zero hassle. Can’t wait to come back!!

Spring Break Getaway!

This is the perfect property! When you first walk in everything is very clean and very bright. The house is stocked with everything you could need and is so close to the golf course and restaurant. Highly recommend it!

Flagstaff Wedding stat

Traveled to Flagstaff for a family wedding. This condo was comfy and cozy for our short trip. Nice decor, fireplace, cozy beds. We really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend.

We had the best stay! My parents were visiting from Ireland and we decided to book this cute little place and it did not disappoint. The hosts were so thoughtful, I don’t know what to mention from linens and kitchen being fully equipped to amazing beds and pillows. We were four adults and we enjoyed every minute of it. We even decided to stay in one of the nights and get a take out because the living room was so cosy and cute that it was just so perfect. The fireplace made it for us! I will definitely be back!

Wish we could have stayed longer. A sweet home in the country club area of flagstaff. Comfortable beds and the nicely stocked kitchen had every tool we needed to make Thanksgiving lunch! Great deck area to sit and enjoy the weather with friends.

Fantastic!

Phil’s property was just as described, and the location was even better than expected. We used the property as our base camp to travel to Sedona, the south rim and explore flagstaff. Phil’s communication was wonderful and the house had more than every comfort we needed!

Exactly as described! Perfect setting!

We very much enjoyed our time here. Not much to complain about. There is a road 150 feet in front but my wife which usually is bothered by noise didn’t affect her much. The birds, geese, the trees and Mountain View and the sun rise from the deck made it fine. Everything you need is here. We through a football and played frisbee below the deck on the grass area. We would definitely stay here again. Great location and the space was great. We even saw 8 deer roaming around. We loved it!
