"An economic choice , but clearly not the ideal place for rest and relaxation. The building is under construction. As I woke up 3 morning to the sound of a jackhammer rumbling through my room for hours. David, i believe one of the managers was extremely kind and helpful , but everyone else did very little to accommodate. To be candid, there should have been lots more transparency regarding how bad the noise is.And I probably should have asked for a refund for at least 2 nights. I had to move to the sixth floor to get peace. To the upper management at b n b..... What you put a little bit of emphasis on the words full disclosure, before you're so kindly accept the next guest money"
