Gorgeous 6 Bedroom with 2 Hot Tubs

Treat you and your family to this luxurious, newly built, 6 bedroom vacation retreat. A perfect property for those want a bit more privacy and still enjoy everything under one roof. This 4 plus 2 bedroom units have their own private hot tub and BBQ on the decks. Amenities include 2 kitchens a family room with a table hockey game, bike washing station, A/C and so much more. A two minute drive will get you right to the lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort and take the Ski In trail for a five minute walk back.

Access to the garage for winter and summer gear storage only.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 13 total guests. Max. 6 parking spots and no street parking allowed.

Spacious and Well Equipped New House

We enjoyed our stay at this well built and spacious house. It was spotless and well equipped. It took less than 10 minutes to get to Fernie’s shopping and restaurant area. I highly recommend it for large groups of skiers given its ski-related storage facilities and its location (5 minutes to the slopes).
