Unwind in Fallbrook at our eclectic family-friendly, country-coastal retreat. Escape to our peaceful lower-level apartment nestled in the heart of Fallbrook. This cozy space features two inviting bedrooms- one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed-perfect for a restful stay.

Relax in the serene living room while taking in views of our small organic orchard and views of the Palomar Mountains in the distance. Many of our guests love meeting our friendly farm pup, our 17 year old sulfate tortoise, and our happy flock of over a dozen free-range chickens.

Enjoy the quiet charm of country living with a touch of coastal breeze. Our organic orchard includes macadamia nuts, avocados, grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, blood orange, sugar cane, eucalyptus, herbs, passionfruit, and our seasonal family garden.

We strictly observe quiet hours from 11 pm-7 am. Other than that, all bets are off! You may see and hear our children living their best (or sometimes worst) life!

Let us know if you would like to meet the animals! Come experience the perfect blend of tranquility, farm life, and family-friendly California charm!

We were very comfortable and cozy in our little apartment. The kitchen is well laid out with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the shower head over the claw foot tub was nice. We like Turkish towels but not certain everyone does. We hope to stay here again as it’s very close to our in-laws house.

If you have reason to visit Fallbrook, a stay in Kim’s guesthouse is convenient and pleasant. The decor is just as pictured. Let it be known that you can hear people above you but they keep very sensible hours. We would be happy to stay again.
