Yes everything was great tip yu should tell how many step and stairs there are in this house. We had a tiddler 15 months just walking with us so the step drove us all a little crazy....but in all we had a great time in your lovely home. thanks hope you find the remote linda

Fabulous venue for our family wedding weekend at Monserate Vineyard. Host was amazing and home met all of our needs for relaxation. Views are stunning, quiet and serene. Pool is lovely!

We went there in July/August 25 for about two weeks with our 5 kids.Beautiful place, stylish and fresh interior. Great pool, everything well maintained. Our host Denise was very helfpul, quick replies to any questions we had. The area is quiet, great views. We can absolutely recommend coming here!

Great value!

This property is a great value! Huge house that easily slept our whole family of 9. Super comfy beds as well! Only con I’d say is that the house overall was a little dated and the outside could use a clean but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us! All of the appliances worked perfectly!

Fantastic get away spot

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Plenty of room for multiple guests, fun game room, beautiful pool. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended staying here. Close to wineries and not too far from the airport. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Family friendly property with a fantastic view

This is a wonderful family friendly property with a fantastic view. Denise was a fantastic host and thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The property was very close to my niece’s wedding venue, which was a bonus.

Beautiful place

Beautiful and secluded. We had a few hiccups with the pool not being cleaned but it was fixed as soon as I talked to the owner. Place has a problem with sugar ants so you can’t leave anything out for to long or in the dishwasher unclean. Otherwise it’s perfect for all ages! With a pool, foosball and pool table.close to wineries and 30-46min to the beach. Would recommend staying here.

Nice family get away

Perfect home for our small family gathering for our parents’ anniversary. Lots of room. Great set up and layout for entertaining. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool, but everyone wants to come back in the Summer to enjoy the house again. Only complaint was that the floors were pretty dirty. If you walked around inside barefoot, your feet got dirty and it was very obvious with the white couches.

Perfect Location for Family Wedding

My family of 5, my brother and his family of 4, and my mother were able to enjoy this wonderful home for a few days in April while attending a wedding in Fallbrook. The home was everything that is advertised and situated in an incredibly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. As an avid cyclist, I was excited to take advantage of the close proximity for a ride up Mt. Palomar, a popular HC road climb in this area. Communication with the host was very timely and helpful. Pool water was chilly, but felt wonderful after lounging in the sun. Highly recommend!

Family wedding

We booked this VRBO last minute after our previous VRBO canceled on us. This house was better than we had even expected. The distance to the wedding venue and local eateries it was perfect and very comfortable. The host is incredible and very responsive! Would love to stay here again

Beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay and the views on this property! The host was great to work with and quickly answered any of our questions. The space was huge and plenty for our family with 9 total staying in the space. We were out and about for a wedding all weekend and wished we could have more time with the all the ammentities and nearby wineries! Beds were comfy, kitchen is stocked and spacious, and the pack and play worked great for our family. For those travelling into downtown Falbrook - we had a little confusion turning right out of the property and running into a gate that we were unable to get through. Always turn right down the mountain :) Also note that you are in a mountain, so the roads approaching the property are windy and steep for those driving at night.
