Blending historic character, stonework, and natural materials with modern amenities, this residence is your ideal base for exploring southern Crete. The house is a living piece of history, featuring original artifacts like earthenware jars and traditional clay jugs, each with a story to discover in our guestbook. Admire the restored wooden staircase, preserved true to its 19th-century design. Start your mornings with coffee in the cozy courtyard and unwind in the evenings on the private rooftop, enjoying panoramic village views and stunning sunsets over the sea.
The home offers modern comfort: a master bedroom with a premium mattress, a second bedroom with an authentic iron bed, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a renovated bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a modern TV. You will have exclusive use of the entire property for complete privacy, with a dedicated parking space just a minute's walk away.
Sivas maintains the authentic charm of a traditional Cretan village, with the central square, historic church, tavernas, mini-market, and pharmacy all within walking distance.
