Leider war der Zustand der Ferienumwohnung bei unserem Eintreffen in einem mangelhaften Zustand. Verstaubt, voller Spinnen und sonstigem Getier. Wir mussten erst 1.5 Std. die Wohnung reinigen um sie überhaupt bewohnbar zu machen.Der Zugang zum angeblichen Strand, der keiner ist und auch nie einer werden wird, ist extrem zugewachsen und zum Teil gefährlich zu begehen. Die Eingangstür ist oberhalb von Efeu zugewachsen und kaum zu schließen. Das gesamte Gelände ist mehr oder weniger zugewachsen und in einem ungepflegten Zustand.Die Bettwäsche befindet sich in einem mangelhaften bis ekelhaften Zustand. Beide Fernbedienungen für die Heizung sind ohne Funktion da die Batterien leer sind.Im Badezimmer lief die Heizung auf Hochtouren bis zu 28 durchgehend und ließ sich nicht regulieren. Wir haben den Kundenservice NOVASOL kontaktiert und man versprach uns einen Monteur zu schicken. Das ist nie passiert. Für einen derartigen Zustand eine Endreinigungsgebühr von zweiundneunzig Euro aufzurufen ist allerdings eine Frechheit.Im Bad fehlte der Toilettendeckel zu der verschmutzten Toilette. Wir verlangten den bereits bezahlten Betrag für die Endreinigung zurück sowie einen Teil der schon bezahlten Miete aufgrund des mangelhaften Zustandes und Täuschung falscher Tatsachen. Es existiert hier kein privater Sandstrand. Alle beschriebenen Zustände sind fotografisch festgehalten worden. NOVASOL hat sich dessen nicht angenommen.

Dejlig lejlighed, der var det der skulle bruges af køkkengrej. Der var dog 2 minusser, stegepanden var meget ujævn, så induktionen fungerede ikke optimalt, og sovesofaen var ikke særlig behagelig. Alt andet var så fint.
