Dirty room, mold in room around patio doors, dried up spilt milk left in fridge. Bathroom sink tap was loose. TV sound did not work initially. A double bed had a massive duvet and cover which was a trip hazard. I did complain to the Assistant Manager who moved us to a room upgrade. I had to request this but it should have been offered anyway as part of the Expedia VIP deal. We were given an extra free drink but basic cleanliness of a room is an absolute must. It is not the first time I have complained about room cleanliness for this hotel and I will not be returning again. Only positive is that Carriages pub/restaurant is very good.
