wonderful place in nature.

Excellent location to get your mind refreshed. Rooms are not top notch but ok to sleep for a couple of days. It is not your typical hotel though. So go there and enjoy it.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Rollstuhlfahrer

Das Kloster St. Maria liegt abseits, sehr ruhig und idyllisch mitten im Pfälzer Wald. "Einzigen Lärm" machten die Glocken, zur morgendlichen Messe, an der man teilnehmen kann, aber nicht muß. Wir hatten eine Herzliche Aufnahme bei den 9 Schwestern des heiligen Erlösers, vor allem Schwester Barbara begrüßte uns sehr herzlich, so daß wir sie sofort in unser Herz geschlossen haben. Sie zeigte uns die Zimmer, alles rund ums Kloster, bemühte sich sehr alles für uns zu tun, da wir mit einem Rollstuhlfahrer angereist waren. Dies empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, denn sie fragte uns auch am Abreisetag, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen war. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht, aber schön, neu eingerichtet und super sauber gewesen. Man konnte sich sehr gut mit einem Rollstuhl bewegen und es gibt sogar auch ein extra Rollstuhl-Badezimmer im Kloster. Ein super gutes Frühstücksbuffet im Wintergarten mit Terrasse, wo man zwischen mehreren Kaffee- und Teesorten, Brötchen, Brot, regionale Wurstsorten, Käse, Müsli, frischem Obst, etc. auswählen konnten. Man die Möglichkeit, Getränke zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit für günstige Preise zu erwerben, die in eine "Vertrauens-Kasse" eingezahlt werden. Alles in allem können wir das Kloster nur empfehlen, da das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis völlig angemessen ist und man vor allem überall mit einem Rollstuhl, sowohl im gesamten Klostergelände, dank eines Aufzug, ungehindert hinkommt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Kloster St. Maria übernachten.

freudliches lodgement in schönem waldtal

wir waren leider nur eine nacht dort,aber es besticht durch freundlichkeit und sauberkeit,wir kommen gerne wieder zu einem mediationskurs.oder für einen zwischen aufenthalt

Naturnahes Entspannen

Das Kloster liegt am Ende eines ca.5km langen Tales in einer Sackgasse inmitten herrlicher Natur. Es ist idealer Rückzugsort um die Hektik des Alltags hinter sich zu lassen. Wanderungen zu bizarren Felsformationen sind ein Erlebnis.

In diesem Kloster wohnt man mit neuzeitlichem Komfort, wie W-LAN, Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte und einem zentral Kühlschrank, gefüllt mit allen Getränken für den Gast. Es ist jedoch ein Kloster und dazu sollte man seine sonstige Ansprüche etwas herunterschrauben. Dafür wohnt man extrem ruhig und gut behütet und zudem noch richtig preiswert. Die Natur drum herum ist auch beeindruckend. Die Zimmer haben ein Waschbecken und die Duschen + Toiletten sind Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen. Taschenlampe für den Nachtbesuch auf der Toilette mitnehmen! Das etwas andere Hotelerlebnis und von mir zu empfehlen.

Wir kommen wieder!

Es war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Mitten in der Natur. Aber dadurch auch mal sehr schön. Sehr freundliche Leute. Zimmer einfach eingerichtet, aber bequeme Betten/gute Matratzen.
