The owner was super kind to inform us that we had left chargers. The property was in good repair. Unfortunately, there were only mattress covers and no sheets or pillow cases. We contacted the owner asking for some and his response informed us that he had not received complaints before about the lack of sheets. Seems a mistake not to provide sheets or inform us in the listing before we flew there.

Es war der Horror!! Mädelswochenende zum Weinfest mit langen Anreisen aus ganz Deutschland. Absolut keine Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bzgl Schlüssel oder Code- keine Antwort auf Nachrichten, sms oder Anrufe. Bis zuletzt hatten wir die Hoffnzbg, dass wir vor Ort nähere Infos erhalten. Der Support von FeWo hat ihn auch nicht erreicht. Mussten uns dann ein Hotel suchen, aber wegen des Feiertages war wirklich alles ausgebucht. Mussten dann in den Nachbarort. Wir vermuten, dass die Wohnung über eine andere Plattform teuerer vermietet wurden, denn auf booking war die über doppelt so teuer angeboten. Dann hätte man uns doch vorher Bescheid geben können… Wirklich absoluter Stress! Wir können nur warnen!!

Zu wenig Besteck und zu kleiner Esstisch für 6 Personen. Duschen kann man nicht richtig, muss sich in die Badewanne setzen. Teilweise sehr staubig. Zu teuer für die Leistung.

Buchung problemlos. Preis für die Unterkunft überwiesen, dann sehr lange keine Reaktion, keine Check-in-Daten erhalten etc. SMS an die hinterlegte Handyr. blieb unbeantwortet. Am Tag der Anreise dann über die hinterlegte Handynr. versucht, Kontakt zum Vermieter aufzunehmen, Ansage: "Nummer nicht vergeben". Starke Verunsicherung, ob es die Unterkunft überhaupt gibt oder wir auf einen Fake hereingefallen sind. Kontakt zur Hotline von FeWo direkt (Service nur auf Englisch, aber sehr zuvorkommend): Offenbar Missverständnis, die Handynummer war falsch und der Vermieter hatte nicht auf unsere Nachricht über die FeWo App reagiert. Immerhin war der Kontakt zum Vermieter dann freundlich.Zur Unterkunft: Lage sehr gut, Betten gut. Beworben für bis zu 6(!) Personen, leider Geschirr tlw. nur für 4-6 P. abgezählt und nur 3(!) Messer. (ordentlich ausstatten kostet nicht viel, sorgt aber für einen deutlich entspannteren Aufenthalt). Leider in der Verbindung vom WoZi zum 2. Schlafzimmer nur ein Vorhang, keine Tür, d.h. Aufenthalt abends mit Gesprächen nur in der Küche möglich. Leider war der Rolladen im Badezimmer defekt, lüften kaum möglich, WC nicht richtig sauber. Alle Türen (auch zum WC) mit Glaseinsatz (unpraktisch). Hauseingang gar nicht einladend (Zigarettenkippen vor der Haustür ohne Ende, Dreck sowie eine Sitzbank und alter Sessel, darauf Hundekotbeutel). Hausflur sehr staubig und dreckig. Schade für den Preis von fast 200 Euro pro Nacht. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Schöne, saubere, große Wohnung in super Lage. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Guter und netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
