This was a great place to stay, but we will be looking forward to coming back again and seeing how some of the amenities have changed for the better. We recognize that they recently reopened and that there are changes that are coming, they just weren't present during our stay.

Loved Crags! Would stay again. Only downside is that there isn’t AC and we stayed on some hot nights. Portable AC units would change everything. Would stay again though! Beautiful views and property. Staff was amazing and property was in great condition.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crags lodge. It was very clean, peaceful and quiet and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The only amenity that was not available was the restaurant, which had just closed a week or so before our arrival. We would stay again!

It’s a “historic” hotel and you can take that to mean “charming and quaint” or “old and decrepit”. Depends on your view. Either way, the hotel is badly in need of renovation, especially given the rates they charge.

The views from the Pool and Hot Tub area were great. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Don't let the age of this property scare you away. This is a very nice place to stay. They didn't have their liquor license when we stayed but were scheduled to pick this up on Monday, 06-29-26. Talked to the very nice manager, and he informed us this company bought this in April of 2026 and they replaced all the TV's in all the rooms, the lobby furniture, some of the carpet. We will be staying here again.
