Gateway to RMNP

Perfect for family vacation with adult children. Location is ideal for a walk into Estes or quick drive to RMNP. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Wonderful property close to RMNP

We stayed at this property for four nights, and hiked for three days in Rocky Mountain National Park. The property was wonderful and just what we were looking for! It was very conveniently located near the RMNP entrance. The property was very comfortable and met all of our needs.

Fabulous place in a great location

Very nice place with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Convenient to local sights and especially the Rocky Mountain National Park. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Really had a great time there and hope to return.

Mini-vacation Estes/RMNP

We appreciated the layout of the condo, the cooking supplies in the kitchen, the gas fireplace, the washer/dryer, and the ease of getting to RMNP from your location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. When we checked in, there was an elk resting on the lawn outside the downstairs patio!

Great location and townhouse

This property is located between Estes Park and RMNP- very convenient to both. It was a great place for our family with lots of space, a porch, great kitchen, and two family rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and lots of things to make it very comfortable. Had a great trip and would definitely return here. Also, with the construction around the area, this location was great!

Nice Property

Overall this was a wonderful property to stay at. It was clean, well maintained and a great location to enjoy Estes Park and all it has to offer. My only complaint is my family and I enjoy watching movies together in the evening and the two TV in the townhouse were a little out of date and small compared to other townhouses we have stayed at. I appreciate that there were no TVs in the rooms, but they could put a larger and newer TV in the townhouse.

Perfect for a group

We loved everything about this property except for the mattresses. All of the mattresses were very firm and the pillows were flat. There are also no wash rags for showering so be sure to bring your own. Besides that everything was perfect. It was very clean and in a great location. There was plenty of room for our bigger group to have their own space. I would book this place again in the future.

Nice place

We appreciated the space the house offered us. Everything in the home was pretty well taken care of - typical signs of wear & tear compared to other rentals we've used (broken pull on curtain, loose handle on shower faucet in basement, scuffs on walls) Bed in master was comfortable and master bath was nice. Appreciated the water pressure. Families w/small children should be aware that the water temp can get very hot. The neighborhood is quiet. It would be a pretty good walk to town with lots of traffic on road beside you, but definitely doable. Sidewalk is available most of the way. Appreciated that there is a binder of helpful info for renters. We referred to that several times for food ideas, checkout procedure, etc. We loved the patio chairs and comfortable seating in gathering spaces along with the kitchen area. Friendliness of gentleman at reality/property mngmt business at check-in was horrible, but that isn't the property owners' fault. Would we stay here again? Yes - mainly for the space and comfort. Location is really pretty handy for getting where you want to go, but if you want the spectacular view. this isnt the place.

Quiet and Roomy

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this duplex. The house is in a nice neighborhood and was very quiet for sleeping. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy our evenings. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for the food we prepared. The owner also had ample supplies for us. It was nice to have a washer and dryer--complete with soap and dryer sheets--since we came from staying a week in Copper Mountain. The central location was good. We walked a short distance to a BBQ restaurant. Close to downtown but would have been a bit more than we wanted to walk to. However, it is just a couple of minutes away from ample downtown parking.

Clean and Convenient

Fantastic location! Quiet neighborhood, close to the park, downtown and attractions. Very clean, lots of floor space if you have a kid sleeping on the floor or crib, and stocked with fans, pillows, blankets, games, puzzles, etc. We had a few hiccups w check-in, but the property mng was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent this home again.

Room for Everyone

Loved that this space had three bedrooms as well as a hide a bed! Cleanly and accommodation for all of us while close to all the fun in Estes Park as well as Beaver Meadow Visitor Center!

Estes Park / First visit

We stayed at Mountain Lion for 3 days and it's a beautiful home which came as advertised. Conveniently located in town, easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. We will definitely book it again if we get a chance.
