Like most places in the area, this was an older hotel and lacked the fresh and modern amenities of newer hotels... but we knew that going into booking this motel. The staff was never at the front desk and at times the lobby had “closed” signs on the door in the middle of the day. The only reason we decided to book this hotel was because of its good reviews, which didn’t match what we experienced.

I had a good stay at this hotel. No complaints perfect for a few nights to see estes park. It was easy to find and check in was fast. Lots of parking and very walkable. When I got to my room it was a nice little room. The only thing that was off was the temperature. It was so hot in that room! Obviously I turned on the ac but it was an older one so it was very loud and the ac was fared away from the bed, so cold air didn’t really reach the bed. So it was very hot in my room the whole night so I just decided to leave the window open, which was extremely cold. The fridge was sometimes going off being a little loud at night but that didn’t bother me to much. I only slept there one night so it wasn’t as big as an issue. Besides that I had a nice view on the mountains and a nice little breakfast to start the day. Check out was easy as well.

Spacious room, warm and cozy bed. Fridge and microwave a plus. Beautiful location, quiet and safe. The morning breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful! Happy with our stay!

The bed is super comfy, beautiful view! Room was nicely spacious. Little things to fix and update as they go along like furniture in the room, pretty wobbly, and tub handles/drain fixtures that need screwing on better. Nice to be able to open windows! Love frrsh air to sleep in. Very nice front desk person. Got a better rate thru expedia. Only reasonable place with a hottub in the room!

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Had two rooms for me and a friend in her kids. Both of them were cute and clean. They allow animals for a small deposit.
