Erquy apartment

Excellent location near boulangerie, supermarket, beaches. We parked opposite and only moved the car once during our week visit. Wonderful beaches all around in walking distance and bars and restaurants in the port. Quiet apartment overlooking little park. Everything has been thought of.

A great place to stay!

Melanie is a friendly and attentive host, and the apartment is ideally situated for exploring the coast - hiking the GR34 along Cap Frehel and Cap Erquy and enjoying the beaches along the way. There's a wonderful bakery a couple of doors down and a food market on the same street, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking or assembling snacks and meals. The bed is comfy and the apartment is well appointed. A great place to stay!

Wie schon ein paar Jahre zuvor: ich bin zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und stilvoll eingerichtet, schön warm fĂŒr meinen Aufenthalt im November. Supermarkt und alle FeinkostlĂ€den sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Das Meer sieht man nicht, aber man hört sein Rauschen. Ansonsten sehr ruhige Umgebung. Freundlicher und problemloser Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.Gerne wieder!

superbe appartement

Appartement bien situĂ©, au centre ville, au 2eme Ă©tage, sans ascenseur, avec une vue magnifique sur le parc qui vient d'ĂȘtre rĂ©-ouvert. La dĂ©coration est gĂ©nial, tout y est pour passer un excellent sĂ©jour. Literie dans la chambre excellente, avec une belle vue sur les hauteurs de Erquy. La literie du canapĂ© est excellente aussi, et l'installation des rideaux pour faire plus chambre dans la salle Ă  manger est trĂšs bien. Je pense qu'il faudrait trouver un systĂšme pour installer le four en dehors du placard. Ce serait plus pratique si on veut s'en servir. A part ça, rien Ă  dire, tout est trĂšs bien. La communication Ă©tait rapide et trĂšs bien. Je recommande ce logement sans problĂšme.

Superbe cosy et agréable

TrÚs chouette appartement, ultra propre (un vrai plaisir !) bien décoré, clair, bien situé, calme et trÚs bien équipé en matériel de cuisine en tout genre : peu vu autant d'ustensiles. Mélanie, trÚs accueillante et prompte à vous renseigner, m'a donné de bons conseils pour des restos, etc, sur place. Bel endroit dans une région que j'apprécie tout particuliÚrement. Je recommande !

trÚs bel appartement bien situé dans Erquy

cet appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien situĂ©. Il est tres confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ© pour toute la famille, nous y serions bien restĂ© plus longtemps... les commerces boulangerie/boucherie/superette sont Ă  moins de 2 min Ă  pied (trĂšs pratique pour envoyer ses enfants en mission..), la plage est Ă  5 min Ă  pied. les sentiers de randonnĂ©e sont Ă©galement accessibles Ă  pied (le sentier des plages sauvages est Ă  qques min Ă  pied) nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© 3 jours avec nos 3 enfants et n'avons quasiment pas utilisĂ© notre voiture sauf pour rejoindre le cap Frehel. un parc avec quelques structures en bois se situe juste en face du logement. la propriĂ©taire MĂ©lanie est trĂšs attentionnĂ©e et disponible au cas oĂč.. nous y reviendrons Ă  coup sĂ»r pour continuer Ă  explorer la rĂ©gion !

Excellent séjour !

Excellent sĂ©jour dans l’appartement de MĂ©lanie. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© dans Erquy, tout est Ă  proximitĂ© et tout peut se faire Ă  pied. La boulangerie Ă  deux pas est trĂšs bonne et on rejoint le port et le dĂ©part des balades en dix minutes. Et en plus il est vraiment joli, trĂšs douillet et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© ! Bref, nous reviendrons :) Merci pour la communication et la gentillesse des Ă©changes.

Arrivée autonome dans l'appartement que nous avions trouvé facilement. Hyper bien situé, à 2 pas des commerces et de la plage. Appartement conforme aux photos. Rien ne manque. Literie excellente. Connection wifi au top. Une luminosité exceptionnelle. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Excellents échanges avec le propriétaire par téléphone. Adeptes de ce style d'hébergement, nous pouvons dire que c'est le mieux de tous ceux que nous avons réservés cette année. Nous avons adoré et serions bien restés plus longtemps si cela avait été possible !

Séjour plus qu'agréable dans cet appartement décoré avec trÚs bon goût et dans lequel aucun équipement ne laisse à désirer. In einem Ă€usserlich eher unscheinbaren GebĂ€ude befindet sich diese mit STIL sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem spannenden Grundriss und praktischer Ausstattung. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen - wenige Schritte zum BĂ€cker, zum Supermarkt, zum Fischladen, zum Strand. Auch fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt im Winter gut geeignet - die Wohnung ist gut geheizt und die GeschĂ€fte sind offen. Die Region bietet die Möglichkeit zu langen Wanderungen am endlosen Sandstrand und zu schroffen Klippen. Empfang und Betreuung durch Melanie waren herzlich und hilfreich, vielen Dank. Gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Zeit in Erquy

Die Kommunikation vorab war super und unkompliziert. Auch der Check-In Vorgang ging reibungslos. Der Check-In war kontaktlos,was wir prima fanden, so mussten wir nicht zu einer ganz bestimmten Uhrzeit ankommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hĂŒbsch und mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht. Direkt vor der TĂŒr gibt es eine sehr leckere BĂ€ckerei, sowie eine Creperie. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Straße vor der TĂŒr ist sehr ruhig, es ist eine Einbahnstraße und wenig befahren. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Erquy.

Tolle Wohnung

Die zentral gelegene Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, lĂ€sst sich dort ein herrlicher Urlaub verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Trotz der zentralen Lage, stehen ausreichend kostenfreie ParkplĂ€tze zur VerfĂŒgung, wir konnten oft direkt vor der HaustĂŒr parken. Einen nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt in Erquy gerne wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage!

Eine sehr nette, gut eingerichtete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in der zweiten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Lage ist zentral im Ort, aber trotzdem (zumindest in der Vorsaison Mitte Juni) sehr ruhig. Die Betreuung vor, wÀhrend und nach unserem Aufenthalt durch Melanie war sehr gut, auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter!
