Torre Lucerna was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in Ensenada. Extremely welcoming with taking your luggage and showing you the way to the room. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Our room was very spacious with a large balcony over looking the ocean and harbor. We will definitely be staying again.

Worst experience at this hotel!

Overall room was dirty. It smelled really bad, I got moved to a higher level but rooms are dirty. Hair, dust everywhere. You better shower with sandals! shower was slimy and disgusting. Stay out of the Pool ! Pool was covered with black mold. It was a good hotel before but now it's not worth the money!
