For that price perfect. Breakfast is more a refresh then a breakfast. But it would be unfair to claim on that. Staff really nice. We, bad expieriences on Long Island, their prices are outrageous.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The floors were excessively dirty, to the point where it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the space. Furthermore, I noticed that the exterior of the building, specifically the roofing area, appeared to be in a state of disrepair. Given these conditions, I was very disappointed with my stay and do not believe this environment was suitable for a family. I hope you will address these issues for future guests.

Autumn get away.

The hotel was cozy, and very friendly. The staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the stay and being able to to have access to all major highways quite easily. We spent a week and hotel was very well priced. Hotel could use a few upgrades in the rooms.

Moderately priced option in area. Room was large, and it was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was lots of grab-and-go breakfast options, free bottled water, and we liked the free coffee. But if you are looking for a pristinely clean, updated, insect-free room, you may want to look elsewhere. It was a room. It worked for us. I hope that they fix the issues that we told them about and remove the spiders from the door entrance. Also, the pictures on the website are... hopeful? Everything seemed to be somewhat dingier than the pictures.

Room was large & clean with ample storage. A/C quiet & effective (controls are on the wall); bed was comfortable; fridge & mw worked well. Front desk staff were welcoming, knowledgeable & helpful. Housekeeping staff were friendly & service was excellent. We liked the breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, fruit & coffee/tea. Walking distance to Walmart, Aldi & other stores. We came to this area to relax & do some hiking. We enjoyed our stay very much and intend to return.

This wa an ideal place for us on our road trip. Very spacious and clean with plenty of amenities in the room like a fridge and microwave. Close to a big Walmart and a couple of fast food places but only a short drive to nearby Corning where there's a lot of choice. I'd be happy to stay again. The lady on reception was lovely and welcoming. It was a nice touch that there was coffee available at reception all morning, not just at breakfast time. We appreciated that.

The room we stayed in was very clean and deck and stairs were newly done. We asked for towels and within the hr they arrived, we had stepped out. Major shopping was right next-door. Alot of people seem to live at the hotel. It was quite. Much better than I expected for the rate.
