Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that sleeps 10. 5 minutes from the heart of Ellicottville. Perfect getaway for one to two families from Toronto, Buffalo, Cleveland, Rochester, or Pittsburgh - all less than a three hour car drive to "The Aspen of the East" and the year round destination for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, golfing, swimming and hiking.

Fully furnished with all the amenities, full kitchen with modern appliances. Two living areas. 3 bedrooms upstairs and bunk room with a pair of adult bunk beds downstairs. Recreation room with pool table, dart board, flat screen TV and a wet bar. Outside there is a pond, outdoor fire pit, huge deck. Wood burning stove in downstairs living area.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
