Town is only a short 2 block walk away. Holiday Valley resort is a 3 minute drive away. It's my goto place to stay every year!
we were in the Martha’s lodge annex. Beds were fine but bathroom needs serious remodel (toilet flush really weak). Breakfast was better than expected (bagels, muffin, cereals, milk, coffee, tea). Location is great (few minutes walk to main street and few minutes drive to ski resort), firepit is great. Overall, if you just need to sleep and have breakfast to go skiing like we did , this is it.

The location is fantastic. It is less than a 10 min drive to Holiday Valley and an easy walk to Ellicotville Village where there is plenty of food options, coffee, bars, local shops, and a Tops Grocery store up the street. The Chalet served it's purpose as a warm place to sleep and hangout at night for a group of 5 people after a day full of skiiing. The place was a bit beat up and was clearly not well cleaned with a cigarette butt on the floor and some snack foods left on the floor and in the couch. A very nice firepit and other residence seem friendly enough. The staff are not warm and welcoming but they are helpful if you need something.
Very clean around it . Nice size pool. Very quiet
The grounds were cleaned and the grass was cut. The property as a whole looked very nice.

There were absolutely no services! We were in a separate outer building from the lodge. Walkways were very slippery and icy. No one cleaned the room nor gave us fresh towels. I carried all of our wet ones over to the Lodge and asked for fresh. Garbage in our room overflowed the basket for our 2 day stay. It took three times with different keys to be able to get into our room. We waited in the hallway for 40 minutes. We would not recommend staying in the Brownstone building at the Edelweiss Lodge!

Such a great place to stay! Very unique and walking distance to town and only a short drive to holiday valley. Our room was very comfortable, I'll definitely be staying here in the future.
