The Robin on Lauderdale Lakes is a serene lake home offering a sophisticated modern style that is charmingly comfortable that is nested with western sun exposure and beautiful sunsets. The 3 BR 3.5 BA home offers 3 levels of living and has been newly remodeled with a mixture of contemporary and cottage style with black marble countertops, hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling with wood beams. Main level offers an open floor concept with wide open views of Mill lake, gas fireplace in living room, ample dining and cooking space in kitchen, private office off front entry, and bedroom features King size bed with private bath and walk in closet. Upper loft is spacious and equipped with 2 queens, 2 twins, sitting area and bathroom. Walkout lower level has another family tv room, rec room with shuffle board and workout mirror, and a 3rd bedroom with King bed and bathroom.
Nonstop outside lake entertainment: Large deck with ample seating and gas grill, sandy bottom swimmable lake frontage, L pier for boat, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing.
