The property was in poor condition. Toilet in room would not function without removing the lid and pulling up on the internal valve. Paint peeling on doors, carpet worn out.

Okay for a one night stay. Bathroom not clean

Overall our stay was fine, but some of the touchpoints in the room and bathroom need to be cleaned. Light switch in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. I cleaned it myself. The photo shows what it looked like before I cleaned it on the left and after on the right. Floor was less that clean as well.

Upon checking in the computers were not working. Was having to use phone to check in which meant had to input ID and CC info into phone which I refused to let him enter. I had pre paid through my reservation. The door to the room would not shut with out having to pick up on door. Tub was very dis colored and drain had stuff in it. Have stayed here several times but will not in the future

Awful

The room was not clean. The swing bar lock on the door was not installed correctly so we were unable to feel secure during our stay. When I checked out I told the employee at the front desk to pass along to maintenance. She tried to tell me to buy something on the tic-toc shop. The pool was not functional. Mold in bathroom. We will never stay here again.

I booked this room for my daughter that was days away from being 21. She was traveling alone from across the country and had car trouble. The staff allowed her to check in despite not being 21 yet, then allowed her to extend her stay to get the car repaired. They were so nice and helpful which helped reduce the stress of a very worried dad. Absolutely amazing staff!!
