Great amenities but the property is in an obvious state of neglect. The breakfast was minimal at best and not very good. The room and several things that were broken and it wasn't that clean. The towels were about the cheapest I've ever seen , then, small, and dingy. We loved having the kitchen and the room was spacious but it is definitely in decline.

We just stopped for one night but they did a great job. The room was very clean, the staff was great! We had an issue with being charged too much but accident and I was worried about it, but as promised the charge did not stay on my credit card and 'fell off' after a couple of days.
AC didn’t work very good but the room was clean and it was noisy
Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We used the nice laundry facilities, but they needed a couple more machines.

Our first time at the BW Plus and it was fabulous. Our room was nicely furnished and decorated, clean, well equiped and the small kitchenette is a great idea if you are staying for a few nights. We didnt want for anything. Breakfast was continetal and enough for us with cereals and toast, choices of teas, coffee and fruit juice.
We were so impressed. Booked for family reunion. For the cost, you get a kitchenette, nice amount of space. Very clean and very polite and helpful staff. Our room was on the 2nd floor by the pool and looked straight at the interstate-but it was still quiet. This is my hometown, so I know the area well. We will use this location again!
