"I called earlier in the morning to ask if I can receive an early check-in, they said just come to the counter. They would take my name. Check me in early and then notify me by email. When my room was ready. I checked in about 1:30 in the afternoon I waited until 6 o’clock in the evening because I had never heard from them by email or a phone call so I finally called them to let them know I hadn’t received anything and I asked was my room ready? I asked to speak with a manager because the person on the phone told me that I would need to come in person and wait in line and check in again to speak with someone. I told him I thought that that was not fair because I had already been there earlier and waited in line to get my room key and check in and they told me that they would contact me when my room was ready. I told him I shouldn’t have to wait in line again I would like to speak with someone. All I need is my room number. He said that he wasn’t able to do that so when I did show up to the hotel and I talked to somebody about how I never received an email or phone call and I waited close to four hours for someone to contact me. There was no apology or anything on the employees end. I was very upset because I had been waiting to get in my room so I can get ready for the evening."

"The bathrooms don’t have proper doors, the shower curtains are so dirty. On the first day we stayed there house keeping came in and they didn’t clean but it seemed like they were smoking pot in the room. The beds are not even decent enough to sleep in. Do not recommend, especially since you can get a decent room els where for the same price "
