Hilton Anaheim
4/5 Good
"I was quite disappointed with my recent stay, primarily due to a lack of basic amenities and the clear feeling that hotel guests are not prioritized. Right away, I noticed the absence of typical courtesies; there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, and breakfast is not included at all, with every item needing to be paid for separately. The most frustrating aspect of the stay was the overcrowding in the hotel's venues. The on-site Starbucks was completely packed with non-guests in the mornings, making it difficult to even get a coffee. The hotel bar was similarly full of outsiders, and it was disappointing that no priority access or seating was given to people actually staying at the property. Since the football game was not available on the room TVs, forcing guests to go to the crowded bar was the only way to watch it, which was a very poor experience. Overall, due to the lack of guest prioritization and missing basic perks, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. Also, I am not happy with this booking from expedia as well."
