Absolutely amazing stay!! It was 33° outside and air conditioning worked wonders, kept the room cool, perfect for a good nights sleep! Tamara at the front desk was extremely helpful with recommendations on what to do in the area 😊

Good location, nice hotel

Good location, just a 20 min walk into Eindhoven central area. Far enough out of the central area to be quiet and get a good nights sleep. Parking was also not too expensive at the hotel. Room was clean and quiet and reasonably spacious.

Small traditional hotel to the South of the city. 20mins walk to centre. Friendly staff, largish room with all facilities you might expect..even a landline telephone!

All staff was very helpful from the reception to the room service. Only one issue is the elevator when it was not working 2 days in a row, but rather than that, my stay was very nice.

for short stays only

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was small with a few shelves for clothes but no cupboards. The reading light by the bed didn't work and there were only 2 charging points by the TV & none near the beds. The bathroom was quite tiny too. The receptionist was friendly and helpful though. There was a mini market a few doors away, a pizza place & a Chinese restaurant too.

The hotel was on a nice quiet street opposite a bus stop which made it very convenient to go places, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and even booked a taxi for me, only downside was the lighting in the room was pretty dim but i dont know if the bulb was almost going or not.

Suitable for one night, but that’s about it

If you just need a place to sleep, this place is suitable. Bed is fine, pleasantly surprised about the room having a bathtub. Overall appearance and cleanliness is not great but adequate. Our bathroom door jammed on us randomly, and with that and other interactions with the staff everyone seemed to be annoyed to be there and that we were inconveniencing them by doing very normal things like checking in and out. Things seemed to be done the cheapest way possible, e.g. no hand towel.

It was horrible , terrifying, and disgusting im talking about the cleanness of the hotel first of all i was in shock i found piss stains on the toilet and a really bad smell when i entered the toilet it was so dirty i also complained about it at the reception but I didn’t see any difference the day after.The staff was okay friendly but i expected more The bed was comfortable but not that clean im not trying to make the hotel look bad but to be honest it was disappointing for the price i paid for 2 nights

I requested a room by the elevator because traveling with elderly person who can't walk far or climb the stairs. Upon arrival the elevator was out of service and had been for a few days. It took more than 40min to speak to the manager, and offfered no solution.We had to carry the person up and down the stairs. IF A HOTEL GETS A SPECIAL REQUEST MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT IT!!!!!

No customer service, No effort made.

Service was not good. All our requests were turned down. Asked for a late check out were told absolutely no way as the hotel was full. No true. We had to spend the whole day in the waiting/food area and were denied a quiet area to work in order to take and make calls when there was a room available. The number of people entering the hotel did not warrant it being full. We were given a room with 2 single beds when we were clearly a couple. The amount of black mold in the bathroom was unacceptable. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Fine, but quality not in line with high prices

In isolation, there is nothing wrong with this hotel. The rooms are decent size, the beds sleep well, there is a small desk, a working shower with warm water, and free wifi. There is a common use microwave and toaster downstairs. However, the quality it offers is in no way in line with the very high price that is charged. With that high price, you would expect extras such as breakfast included, a fridge, free parking, a gym or at the minimum free coffee for clients. There is none. Coffee costs almost 3 euro out of the machine. There is no fridge. The wifi works but quality is mediocre, no gym, only paid parking. I get it, staff cost is expensive. But the staff doesn't provide any extra services aside from any other budget hotel. This hotel is great for business meetings, if your boss pays for it. Sadly, this is one the cheapest decent hotels in the Netherlands now.

Muy satisfecha con el hotel

El personal del hotel ha sido en todo momento muy amable y servicial. El primer día que llegamos nos perdimos para encontrar el hotel, así que al decírselo al recepcionista nos guió y nos dio un mapa. Tanto el hotel en sí como la habitación muy limpios. La habitación que reservé era muy bonita y acogedora, las camas muy cómodas. Todos los días nos hacían la habitación y nos reponían sobres de café y té para la cafetera. El sitio es muy tranquilo y silencioso y no tuvimos ningún problema con nada. La habitación tenía calefacción. Si he de poner una pega la bañera crujía al pisarla. Por lo demás todo perfecto. La habitación estaba cubierta de moqueta, lo que se agradecía para la fecha que fui (diciembre). El hotel es pequeñito y está andando a una media hora del centro. La zona es buena y tranquila.
