Front Desk staffs were friendly, although, it seemed there were always a long wait to talk to someone. Need more staffs. Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly even after sharing with the management, place is busy; so the business is not hurting. I have experienced during my stay from Aug 16th till Aug 29th; broken laundry machines, broken elevators, no towels left in the room, most times no water bottles were left, and didn’t change linens for a long time till I notified front desk. I was disappointed.

2nd time staying and it has been just as good as the first. Staff are excellent and the bus station just over the train tracks means we can travel around easily. Getting to the hotel is easy from the airport too with busses. We hired two bikes to cycle around which was good fun too!
