the room was dirty - pillow cases had makeup and hair on them. The staff was very rude and unapproachable. I had booked this a month in advanced and was told "since I booked last minute, we had to get the room with the least amount of water pressure" and that there was "nothing they could do as all the rooms were booked". It was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had!!!!!!
